The Leadership Enhancement and Development Seminar (LEADS) is MEA's premier leadership program aimed at instilling the growth mindset amongst the members of the organization. LEADS serves as an avenue for MEAns to better understand themselves in order to flourish within their circles— both inside and outside of the organization.
